i was back to the stage again..

y..???bcuz my uncle went back to his wife's hometown..

so i used to standing on his place until he back..

this is not the first time for me..

so..the progress today is not tat nervous as last time..

i waked on 5am..after preparation..then i n mum reach shop at 5+am..

i took out all the meat n restructure them again..>.<(cz my dad put in the wrong pot)..

then start to cooking...

yay...

timing is very important for me..

cuz..the soften of the meat is depend on the time u cook..=)..

n i remember wrong the time.=.=..

no wonder stil abit harder...

then i start the fire again..cook for another 20 mins..

yeah..finally..it is wad i wan...=)..

then i pick up all the meat to another pot..n filter the soup..

hm..it takes me quite long time..thanks roy for hlping me to tuck out the soup..^^...

finally..i done the first step...=.=...

the second step..i nid to stand on the chopping stage(chop ppl.?siao)..

with a long list of order lists..wa..

tuk tuk tuk*..tuk tuk tukkkk*..

nid to be fast n accurate..

chop n put the meat into the pot is my duty..haha..XD..

the rest..u all gao tim urself..=p...

oh ya..

got 1 customer..

the dobi shop owner beside our shop..

he tell me mum today soup wad excellent..

is it cooked by my dad..?

my mum reply him say..no..is my son cook it...

lol..then after tat duno wad the ppl say liao..=)..

btw..it increased my confident to cook bkt...muahahaha..

hm..finally...it reach 2+pm..nid to estimate tml nid to cook how much..

then i nid to put those pork into the pot nicely..=)

then standby for tml..

yeah..mission accomplish..

3+pm..balik rumah!!

feel so comfortable..

n so slpy...

but..i stil don hope to slp yet..

suddenly i get a power to push me up..

hehe..

energy max d..XD..

during dinner time..i went to MCD, kp..

with my mum n sis....

hmm...they say wan eat fat choi hon bou bao.hahaha..

yeah..hav a chance to eat it again..xD..

damn so spicy..

but so excited..wakaka..

i sot liao..

=)..after tat..i went back home..

watch tv awhile then i went o bed oready..=)..

nice to slp..maybe i work alot today...
